Morning Power Smoothie

I'm a bit of a health nut. Here is the recipe for my daily morning smoothie. It's super packed full of protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, probiotics and energy.
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of dark berries
- 1 cup of nut milk (almond, hazelnut, or rice)
- 1 scoop of Natura Beyond Whey protein powder
- 2 scoops of Living Harvest Hemp protein powder
- (or 1 cup of The Ultimate Meal- instead of whey and hemp)
- 1 tbsp of organic flax meal (cold pressed)
- 1 tbsp white chia seeds (for protein and hydration)
- 1 scoop of Orthobiotic Powder (or any refrigerated probiotic)
- 1 tbsp Bee Pollen
- 1 tbsp Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Blackstrap Molasses (for iron)
- Some coconut flakes
- Some sunflower seeds (for protein and zinc)
- and whatever else to taste (vanilla, honey, cocoa nibs, etc)
