So for the past few weeks I've been waking up with a song stuck in my head on repeat. For the most part it's kinda fun. When I get to work I find the song and listen to it for a while, and that's usually the end of it.
Well, this reminded me of a great 8.5 minute RADIOLAB episode about this very subject. People called up their voicemail and sang the song stuck in their head and then talked about what they did to get rid of it.
RADIOLAB is one of my favorite podcasts. It's science for the layman with an incredible layering of audio throughout each show. 'RADIOLAB believes your ears are a portal to another world. Where sound illuminates ideas, and the boundaries blur between science, philosophy, and human experience'.
