We saw this helicopter toy at the Flying J truck stop on the way to Vegas. Apparently they were not concerned with having an English speaking copywriter for the package. This is some of the package copy, it is great.

The product warranty does not cover accidental or collision damage. When flying the helicopter near obstacle always land it when it is going to hit something. Enjoy, but fly dragonfly!"
