The Shanghai Tower by Gensler is a 128 story sustainable building with an unbelievable design that will be completed in 2014.
At the building's crown, a spiraling parapet collects rainwater for use in the tower's heating and air conditioning systems. Wind Turbines located directly beneath the parapet are engineered to generate on-site power.
