The Five Tibetans

, Thursday, January 15

The Five Tibetans is an ancient rejuvenation technique which has long been practiced by monks to increase energy, slow aging, calm the mind and strengthen the body. It's a yogic exercise that consists of five movements that are repeated twenty one times. It takes about ten minutes a day, and people who consistently practice them swear by it.

I've been doing them on and off for 12 years. Currently I'm back on, so I wanted to share. Minus the spedos, this is a good video to show you postures, which is very important.
