JPG is Back

JPG magazine was a casualty of 'these hard economic times', to state the most overused phrase of our time, and announced it was closing shop four months ago. Amazingly, because of fan support they have just announced they were able to get new financial backing and have opened their pages again!
So a little background on JPG if you aren't familiar with them; JPG is a photo magazine that is based on creative democracy. They begin with creating themes on their websites for people to submit photographs to, then those images are voted on by the public and the images with the most votes get published in their magazine.
The images are of high quality and the themes are fun and interesting. It is such a great way to get your work out there. Just another example of democracy and art playing nicely together.
