Artists Justin and Christine Gignac have some really interesting works. Above shows an image from each of their three series.
Wants are paintings of things they want, sold for the price of the item painted.
Garbage is a series to prove the importance of package design. Justin set out to find something no one in their right mind would ever buy, and package to sell it. The result, beautifully contained boxes of NYC Garbage.
Needs are paintings that represent what they would like to do for the charities they support. The money from the sold pieces are then give to those charities.
